NRC and CAB / CAA India and anti-Indian
- Not only Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and everyone is concerned.
-Muslim will become foreign intruders and crores of people will become refugees Indian citizens of foreign origin
Consider, when demonetisation took place, were only those people who had enough money affected? Who had black money? No? Everyone was affected, right? People of every household had to queue, right? Everyone was upset, right? Everyone had to face trouble, right? Everyone had to make papad right? ... Yes, exactly the same is going to happen in NRC and CAB / CAA, but it is going to be much worse than that. If it was just a matter of changing a few rupees, then what was the situation and it would be a matter of proving ourselves to be indigenous / foreign. There will be a case of proving himself not only to himself but also to his father and grandfather. So, guess how difficult this case is going to be.
If you think a bit, you will find that the National Register of Citizens (NRC) and Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB), which has now been the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), is completely anti-India and Indian. It is not only Muslim but also worrying for Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and all. It is worrying for every Indian, it is worrying. The only practical and most important example to understand this easily is the case of Assam.
NRC was practiced in Assam. There were 68,37,660 applications. The names of 3,30,27,661 (3.3 crore) people were in these applications. There was a question of his Indian citizenship, that is, whether he proved to be native or foreign. First NRC list came out. The names of 41,10,169 people were shortlisted. There was an uproar. Then, the names of 1,02,462 people were added. Even then, 40,07,707 people remained out of the NRC list. He was also strongly opposed. Then the process took place again. Multiple additions, subtractions followed by the final final list. In it, 19,06,657 people were excluded. Do you know how many Muslims are there? Only seven lakhs, the remaining 12 lakhs are Hindus, Gorkhas, Buddhists, Christians, Sikhs, Jains, Parsis etc. Among them are more than five lakh Hindus, more than one lakh Gurkhas and others. Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Haryana, West Bengal, Tripura etc. People of state origin are also in lakhs who have been excluded from the final NRC list of Assam. All these have been stamped as illegal citizens, suspected citizens, foreigners, intruders etc.
What will happen to all of them now? All of them will have to face a long and very expensive legal process, leaving all the work. At least one generation will be lost in it.
All these illegal citizens, suspected citizens, foreigners, intruders etc., who have been left out of the final list of Assam NRC, have to appeal before the "Foreigners Tribunal". It is worth noting here that "Foreigners Tribunal" means "Foreigners' Tribunal". Think, the person is not yet declared a foreigner, he is a foreigner, that the native is in the process of proving him, but he has been labeled as "foreigner". This kind of a court set up for its reconsideration has been named "Foreigners Tribunal" i.e. "Foreigners' Tribunal". The intention and conspiracy behind this can be easily understood. Could such courts not be named "citizenship courts" or "citizenship tribunals" or something else? Was it necessary to keep "foreign ..."? Meaning that we have already decided everything ... Aay!
Well, if the foreigners tribunal does not consider the person to be a native or an Indian citizen, declaring him a foreigner, then he will be arrested and placed in a detention center. However, even then, he will have the option to appeal in the High Court and the Supreme Court. But, in it, date-to-date, date-to-date, attorneys' fees, dakshina to police and correcting errors of necessary documents of his, his children, even his father's grandfather, etc. Department-department, office-office, table-table After seeing the 'service fee' and the millions of rupees and many years of wasted time in the cube of the Bhagam race, the horrors of the people will become very frightening. Overall, a generation will spend itself to prove citizenship. If citizenship is not proved even after that?
So, CAB / CAA is for the same duality filled time only. Under this, Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains and Parsis coming to India from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan will get citizenship. They may have come to India legally or illegally. They may or may not have any papers. They will get citizenship. The "Foreigners Act" will also not apply to them. Illegal citizenship will also not be prosecuted against him. Because, under the CAB / CAA, there is a direct provision for granting citizenship to every Hindu, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain and Parsi who came to India from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan living in India for only six years. So, under this, every Hindu, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain and Parsi living in India will survive. Yes, he will be saved but will not be able to survive either !!! how? He is such that he will be labeled as a "CAB / CAA refugee Indian citizen of foreign origin". He will not be considered a native Indian, a born Indian, a naturalized Indian citizen. Just like in Pakistan ... there are all Muslims ... but still there is a difference ... Those who are "original" citizens are called "Pakistanis" ... Muslims migrating from India today even after seventy years there It is called "Muhajir" (a kind of refugee, by means of hijrat or migration). "Native Pakistanis" are considered first class citizens. He dominates everything in politics, governance and administration. "Mujir" poor, despite living in the same country of religion for seventy years, many are deprived second class citizens. After NRC and CAB / CAA, Hindu, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain and Parsi etc. will be the same in India. Native, natural, born Indian citizens will consider themselves as first class Indian citizens and the rest will be considered as "second refugee Indian citizens of foreign origin having CAB / CAA benefits".
In Pakistan, the Muslims who migrate from India are called "Muhajir" i.e. second class, but here in India, only first class native citizens who have been born from generation to generation in their own country are of foreign origin in a jolt. Second-class refugees will become citizens. Simply because they could not produce the necessary documents in NRC. If anyone has this confusion, the matter of submission of documents and documents in NRC is not that much. If all this will be done easily, then leave aside the talk of Muslims, ask 12 lakh Hindus, Gorkhas, Buddhists, Christians, Jains, Parsis etc. who are out of NRC in Assam, how much crooked kheer is? Former presidents, former ministers, MLAs, national awardees, even warriors of Kargil, who are honored with the President's Medal, and even the families of martyrs of the Assam Movement are having to make papad. In such a situation, what will happen to Kalua, Budhana, Mangra, Kallan, Lalbongia, etc., can be understood. This is a matter of Hindu, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain and Zoroastrian etc.
Now, speaking of the Muslims who were short of NRC. What will happen to them? So the answer is ... "God Knows" ...
